Please note that any service provided by CLR Infotech Private Limited in reference to packages related to contents which are online, is non-refundable in any circumstances. These services also have a validity period and will expire if not consumed during the validity period.
For Online Product: Cancellation policy is applicable only on those online products of which the delivery is scheduled 7 days or later .
User shall be entitled to cancel an order of any Product, by placing a "Cancel Order" request from their account or by logging an email with Company’s Customer Care Centre at email@example.com.
"Cancel Order" request for all prepaid orders can be placed within 12 hours from the booking time of the order.
All eligible refunds against Cancellation of Orders by User before delivery of Product to User will be subject to deduction of 2% of the Product Price already paid (Transaction value) as Banking and Transaction charges and balance would be processed to be refunded to User. User understands and agrees to such deduction by putting Cancellation request for any Order before delivery of Product.
The deduction of 2% of the order value is applicable on prepaid orders.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
